The AL 01 - BLACK OUT alarm appears on KLOVER pellet stoves when the connection to the electrical grid has been interrupted for more than 30 seconds. 
This may also indicate that the appliance’s plug has been removed or is no longer securely connected behind the stove (vibrations from the appliance can cause it to shift slightly and result in a poor connection).

  Solution 

Remove the plug that plugs into the appliance (not the one in the wall outlet, but the one that plugs into the appliance). 
Reinsert the plug, making sure it is fully inserted into the appliance. 
Press and hold the power button on the remote control until the text “Final Cleaning” appears.
Wait about 10 minutes for the stove to finish its cleaning cycle 
As soon as “Off” appears on the remote control, you can restart the stove
