The AL 07 - THERMAL CUT-OFF alarm appears on KLOVER pellet stoves if the stove overheats or if the firebox door has been left open.
  Solution 

Unscrew the black cap located at the back of the stove (next to the electrical connection cable). For flat models, it is located  at the bottom front of the stove
Press down on the white rod that pops out. You should hear a “click.”

  Solution

Press down on the white rod that pops out. You should hear a “click.”
If you do not hear a click, the alarm is triggered by the sensor that detects whether the firebox door or the pellet hopper door is closed. Check that when closing both doors, the push button makes proper contact and you hear a click. 
Hold down the ignition button on the remote control until the text “Final Cleaning” appears
Wait about 10 minutes for the stove to complete its cleaning cycle 
As soon as “Off” appears on the remote control, you can restart the stove
